Strengthen your network of women in agriculture at this overnight Women’s Retreat; where attendees invest in themselves and develop key skills to enhance the farm, family and community.

Women in agriculture are more prominent now than ever before, and taking time away from the farm to invest in yourself is important. The Compeer Financial Women’s Retreat provides attendees an opportunity to take a deep dive into current topics and trends in agriculture; deepen their network of women in ag, strengthen relationships and develop skills on and off the farm. Participants leave this overnight retreat with an enhanced ability to create positive impacts for their farm, family and community.
