Bill Mergen, ARA

Overview & Bio Information

Bill started his career with Farm Credit in 1980 with the Federal Land Bank Associations. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in Agbusiness from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Bill also worked as a credit and appraisal reviewer for Farm Credit’s 7^th district in St Paul. Since 1988 Bill has been a real estate appraiser. He became a Certified General Appraiser in 1991. Bill has works in southwest WI. He enjoys meeting with and helping anyone to achieve their goals. Bill lives in a rural area of northern Grant County with his wife and their daughter Grace.
