Overview & Bio Information
Brian has been with the Farm Credit System since 2012 and is a Sr. Certified Appraiser. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Agri-Business Management from Purdue University. He is an associate member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Brian is a lifelong Indiana resident and not only did he grow up on a farm, but he grew up around the real estate appraisal business. Brian has been a certified appraiser in Indiana since 2007. Types of appraisal assignments completed include bare farmland appraisals, farmsteads with grain handling and storage, swine confinement, and other livestock production facilities. He is also licensed in Michigan and enjoys the challenges that come with appraising agricultural properties.
