Dale has been with the Farm Credit System since May of 1998 as a staff appraiser and now as Senior Certified Appraiser. Dale’s primary area of focus is appraising highly improved specialized ag properties – primarily grain elevator, feed mill, agronomy facilities, and seed production facilities for Compeer and external clients. Dale earned his ARA (Accredited Rural Appraiser) designation in June of 2006 and has an Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota Certified General appraisal license.
