Dave is a Senior Certified Appraiser covering East Central Wisconsin. An Agri-Business graduate of the University of WI – River Falls, his 19 years of appraisal experience is further enhanced by his prior 18 years of agricultural lending expertise. A member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers he has served in various leadership roles and continues to develop and share his skills in all aspects of appraisal work. His work is utilized by the Farm Credit System, USDA, Commercial Banks, numerous area Attorneys and their clients as well as by individual property owners. Appraisals for Financial Lending, Estates, Business Planning and Legal Matters make up the majority of his work. Dairy, Livestock and Grain Farms ranging from large scale to small are most common with work also done in equine, recreational, rural residential & transitional use type properties.
