John Fleischmann

Overview & Bio Information

John has been a chattel appraiser with the Farm Credit System since November 2016. He grew up on a dairy and crop farm in central Wisconsin, where he gained firsthand experience in agriculture by working on his family farm for 18 years. Following his time in farming, John spent two years in the construction industry and then transitioned to sales, where he spent 14 years specializing in farm and light construction equipment.

At Compeer Financial, John is recognized for his expertise in appraising a diverse range of agricultural operations, including dairy, grain, and beef farms. He also has a specialized focus on cranberry, potato, and vegetable farms, in addition to his work with construction and trucking companies. John takes great pleasure in conducting field appraisals and values the opportunity to meet and interact with clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and insightful evaluations tailored to their specific needs.
