Josh Miller
Overview & Bio Information
Josh has been in the Farm Credit System since 2014 and is a Certified Appraiser. Josh graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Agricultural Business. He has lived in Central Illinois his whole life. Josh’s appraisal territory includes his hometown of Manito, where he still resides. This deep knowledge of his appraisal territory helps him excel in his career as an appraiser. His work includes appraisals for lending purposes, partial interests, Estate planning, 2032A valuations, portfolio management, as well as specialized ag facilities. Josh also co-owns and manages a 500 acre farm, with his brother, which allows him to keep in touch with farming and up to date on current issues effecting the ag community.
