Kalley started with Compeer in 2020 as an Intern in the Crop Insurance Department. In 2021 she joined the Appraisal Department where she became a Certified Appraiser. Kalley specifically covers central and northern Minnesota marketplace area for Compeer and has completed multiple appraisal assignments in southern Minnesota counties. Her experience includes real estate appraisals in 40+ counties throughout Minnesota specifically in farmland, recreational land, commercial/transitional ground, general/part time farms, dairy/beef cattle operations, poultry facilities and rural residences. Kalley earned a bachelor’s degree in General Business from St. Cloud State University. She enjoys many outdoor activities and spending time with her family and friends. She grew up working on her family’s dairy farm in Benton County where she milked cows from a young age until heading off to college.
