Sam Bobendrier

Overview & Bio Information

Sam Bobendrier joined Compeer Financial in August 2025 and works as an appraiser serving southern Minnesota. He holds a degree in Agricultural and Food Business Management with a minor in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where he graduated in 2023.

Sam has experience appraising a variety of property types, including dry agricultural cropland, recreational land, rural residential properties and farm headquarters sites, along with some livestock facilities. His work is primarily focused in Martin and Jackson counties, with additional experience throughout surrounding areas and across Minnesota.

He grew up in Pipestone, Minnesota, on a purebred Hampshire sheep farm, which helped shape his understanding of agricultural operations and land use. Sam currently resides in Albert Lea, Minnesota, with his wife, Brenna.
