Shelby was hired as a crop insurance intern during the summer of 2020 and was hired back full time in September 2021 as an Associate Appraiser for Compeer Financial. She graduated in May 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Dairy Production from South Dakota State University. Shelby is currently working out of the Waite Park location and assisting in covering east central Minnesota as she works toward earning her Certified General Appraisal License. She has a strong passion for agriculture, specifically dairy farming. In her free time, Shelby enjoys helping out on her family’s dairy farm, being outdoors, and spending time with her two dogs and her husband, Jake.
