Overview & Bio Information
Michael Mueller began his career with Compeer Financial (1st Farm Credit Services) in February 2007 as a trainee in the credit department. Prior to joining the Diversified Markets’ credit team in January 2023, he had worked primarily within the core market segment of the credit department on requests in our Central and Western Illinois territories. Prior to joining Compeer, Michael worked as a grain merchandiser in Davenport, Iowa and attended Illinois State University for an undergraduate degree in Agribusiness and then Purdue University for a masters in agricultural economics.Michael currently lives in Washington, Illinois with his wife and two sons. He grew up on a farm in Rock Island County, Illinois raising crops and cattle. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his family, golfing poorly, and passionately supporting the Denver Broncos and St. Louis Cardinals.
