Matt Stommes provides financing to the food and agribusiness industry for Compeer Financial. Prior to Compeer, Matt worked at CHS, providing financing to cooperatives and farmers in the mid-west. Previously, he held a national role specializing in animal protein for Wells Fargo. Matt’s first role was with Cargill as a continuous improvement analyst and a grain terminal manager. He grew up on a family dairy farm in central Minnesota prior to graduating from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Matt lives in Minneapolis with his wife and four children.
