Kim Ledger brings extensive experience in rural lending, community development and financial services to her role as Senior Financing Officer with Compeer Financial's Mission Finance team. Throughout her career, she has helped rural communities, businesses and organizations access the financing solutions needed to support growth and long-term success.

Prior to joining Compeer Financial, Kim served with USDA Rural Development, where she led Community Programs and worked closely with rural communities to deliver financing solutions for essential facilities and community development projects. She also held roles with Farm Credit Services of America, building deep expertise in agricultural lending and serving the financial needs of producers and rural customers.

Kim's background in lending, credit analysis, financial review, relationship management and leadership allows her to guide clients through complex financing decisions with confidence. She is passionate about helping rural communities thrive and enjoys partnering with clients and stakeholders to identify practical solutions that create lasting impact.
