John Marchand

Overview & Bio Information

John is a Sr. Timber Lending Specialist at Compeer Financial providing clients with financing solutions for all forest industry needs.  He has twenty years of forest product experience in the Lake States as a land manager, wood buyer and procurement manager.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Forest Resource Management from the University of Minnesota.

John is on the board for Minnesota Log a Load for Kids.  He has been involved in the Forestry Affairs Committee of the Minnesota Forest Industry. He also served on the Minnesota chapter of Sustainable Forest Initiative.

He and his wife Sarah live in Hermantown, MN with their two kids Grace and Charlie.
